Jennifer is VP of Engineering at Pendo, where  she  leads a 75-person organization focused on delivering product innovation through strong leadership, clarity of purpose, and a data-forward mindset. A former Intel manager and founder of a multi-location fitness business, Jennifer brings a unique blend of operational rigor and people-centric leadership to her work. Her current focus: driving healthy, accountable productivity in engineering teams.
